What to Wear
Athletic clothing is fine for day one. As you continue, invest in fight shorts and a rash guard.
The Class Structure
Warm-Up (10β15 Minutes)
Intense β jogging, burpees, sprawls, hip escapes, bear crawls.
Technique Instruction (20β30 Minutes)
Coach demonstrates a technique, then you drill with a partner.
Live Drilling (10β20 Minutes)
As a beginner, you will NOT be thrown into hard sparring.
Common Fears (Debunked)
- "I'm not fit enough." Nobody is. MMA fitness is built by doing MMA.
- "I'll get hurt." Beginner classes are designed to be safe.
- "Everyone will be better." Every person started where you are.
