Refund & Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

• • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
• • Items must be free of odors, stains, or signs of use.
• • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

• • Mouthguards and groin protectors
• • Hand wraps (once removed from packaging)
• • Any protective gear showing signs of use or wear
• • Custom or personalized items
• • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events

• • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on eligible items within the 30-day window. Simply contact us and we'll arrange the swap. Exchanges are subject to availability.

1. Email us at support@ragefightgear.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping is at the customer's expense).
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange.
