    1. About Us

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rage Fight Gear website ("Site") and your purchase of products from us.

    2. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our products. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

    3. Use of the Site

    You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

    4. Products & Ordering

    All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse any order at our sole discretion. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual items may vary slightly in color or appearance.

    When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch if there is a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud.

    5. Pricing

    All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT/GST that may be applicable in your country (see Section 7). We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

    6. Payment

    Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order. All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard SSL technology. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

    7. Shipping, Customs & Duties

    All orders are shipped via DHL Express from Bangkok, Thailand. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

    Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or GST imposed by your country's government. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. DHL may collect these charges upon delivery.

    8. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

    We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy on eligible items. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

    EU/UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal

    If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

    Our 30-day voluntary return policy exceeds this statutory minimum. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@ragefightgear.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All content on this Site — including logos, text, images, graphics, and design — is the property of Rage Fight Gear and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Product Safety

    Our products are designed for combat sports training and competition. You acknowledge that participation in martial arts and combat sports carries inherent risks. Rage Fight Gear is not liable for injuries sustained during the use of our products. Always train under qualified supervision and inspect equipment before use.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or defective products under applicable consumer protection laws.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rage Fight Gear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

    12. Force Majeure

    We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, customs delays, carrier disruptions, war, civil unrest, or severe weather conditions.

    13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction as follows:

    • United States: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
    • United Kingdom: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
    • European Union: These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection legislation. For EU consumers, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
    • Canada: These Terms are subject to the applicable provincial consumer protection legislation of your province of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
    • Australia: These Terms are subject to Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

    14. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
